Child victims of labour and trafficking encounter numerous challenges within the judicial system. From providing statements to undergoing trials and testimonies, they are often forced to relive their traumatic experiences to prove their victimization. Many faces indifference attitude from public prosecutors who are supposed to represent them and struggle with the harsh language used by defense lawyers. Despite provisions for support persons, counsellors, and translators, these essential services are often inaccessible.
